More Hearts!

I've added a few more today.

 I thought I should add them to the blog today, though I have spent a lot of today on Hiawatha. I was chatting to Rosie on Watsapp today and sent her a pic of the quilt (nearly done - almost ready to share! though here's a little hint.

She saw the border and said it was ripe for words. Also new to me so here is a pic of my 'fiery sunset' from the Hiawatha poem.

Wedding Present

I'm still working on Hiawatha  - up to the quilting part and I ran out of thread! I get some more on Wed from ebay so I'm close to sharing the result with you!

But yesterday I began a little mini quilt for a friend who is getting married. It will be appliqued (in front of the TV and come from my scrap bag.

Here are a few snaps of yesterday's work. I'm onto the blue one and think it looks very pretty!

Tonight I will add a few more while watching more TV.
